FREE DELIVERY*

Free Standard Delivery applied on any over $399. Free delivery is only applicable to orders sent within Australia only.

The average delivery times for Standard delivery are:

  1. 4-7 Business days for Australian wide including most country areas
  2. 7-12 Business days for WA country, far North QLD and most of NT, outside Alice Springs and Darwin.

Please note that during major sales events (such as Stocktake Sale and Mid-Season Sale), we may take an extra day or two to prepare your order. Also note that larger orders may arrive in more than one shipment as they may be sourced from multiple locations - you won't be charged any more for delivery in that instance.

This free delivery offer is subject to change at any time. However, all Orders processed during a free delivery offer period will be processed in accordance with the offer.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When you purchase via the MAUTOs website you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order. For orders with multiple products, you may receive a tracking number for each delivery.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Deliveries will arrive between Monday and Friday during business hours (9am - 5pm).

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping prices are available against each product. Select your country / state to reveal the post costs.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

Orders typically leave the MAUTOs Warehouse within 48 hours after payment has been completed (or as stated in the shipping field on the Product Page). 

 

HAS MY ORDER BEEN DISPATCHED YET?

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with details on how to track your parts. On rare occassions, some parts my take longer to dispatch than advised as we may need to specially order the parts in. If there is a delay on dispatching your part, we will be in touch to provide an update on the expected arrival time, and in some instances offer an alternative part (of equal or higher value) will can be shipped sooner.

 

WILL ALL THE PARTS IN MY ORDER BE SHIPPED TOGETHER?

Most orders will be combined into one delivery. However, in some instances you may receive multiple deliveries. Where possible, tracking numbers will be provided with each order.

 

CAN I PICK MY ORDER UP FROM YOU?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer pick up. However, we use the best delivery methods to ensure that you get your parts as quickly as possible - no matter where you are in Australia.

 

CAN I SEND MY ORDER TO A PO BOX?

Yes, we can deliver to PO BOX addresses.

 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can change or cancel your order, however, as all orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours after payment, please get in touch with us before we ship your order.
